  • Larger Items & Combined Items weighing over 1 lb. ship Priority Mail
  • Extra Heavy packages ship via UPS Ground

For International shipments:
  • We offer exact shipping rates. 
  • We ship via the USPS Priority Mail International or First Class International as determined by weight and package value.
  • International Buyer's should expect to pay applicable import duties and taxes at time of collection from their postal service.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Must be returned in original condition within 14 business days from receiving the item
  • 10% Restocking Fee applies to all returned items.


If you would like to make payments for a special item, please contact us! 

Our terms are very simple and flexible. 

  • Layaway requests for 1-3 items only please. More items may be negotiable, however, timeline for repayment will be a major consideration.
  • You are in charge of how often payments are made, but please let us know an intended timeline for your completion of payments. This is just a guideline for us, not an absolute.
  • Once we approve your layaway request, we will send a PayPal invoice with a deposit request of 15%. Larger deposits are welcome.
  • Unique items will be removed from the website, and secured for your purchase.
  • Make installments at your convenience and by your own schedule.
  • The PayPal invoice will be the record of payments made. We will also be in touch via email each time a payment is made as confirmation.
  • Once an item is Paid in Full, we will ship your package within 1-2 Business Days.
  • A service fee of $8 will be added for layaways totaling less than $500, and $15 for layaways totaling over $500. Cancellations will incur a 15% holding fee on balance returns.

  • All online transactions at are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and are entirely PCI DSS compliant. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, processed by our certified payment gateway, and once your information is verified we receive your order.
  • We never store your credit card information on file.
  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

To view your order online, please sign into the "My Account" section of our site (upper right corner of every page under "My Settings"). You will be able to see all of your orders here in your Account Dashboard.
