- Beads and small items ship First Class via USPS
- Larger Items & Combined Items weighing over 1 lb. ship Priority Mail
- Extra Heavy packages ship via UPS Ground
- Please contact us if you need special arrangements
- For International shipments:
- We offer exact shipping rates and no handling fees.
- We ship via the U.S. International Postal Service.
- If you experience any error in the checkout process or can't find your country on our list of ship to locations, please contact us and we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- It is our sincere desire that you are happy with your purchases from Soul2Shine!
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us to arrange a return.

- Must be returned in original condition within 14 business days from receiving the item
If you would like to make payments for a special item, please contact us! Our terms are very simple and flexible.
- Layaway requests for 1-3 items only please. More items may be negotiable, however, timeline for repayment will be a major consideration.
- You are in charge of how often payments are made, but please let us know your intended timeline for completion of payment for our approval.
- Once we approve your layaway request, we will send a PayPal invoice with a deposit request of 15%. Larger deposits are welcome.
- Unique items will be removed from the website, and secured for your purchase.
- The invoice will be the record of payment. We will also be in touch via email each step of the way.
- Once an item is Paid in Full, we will ship your package within 1-2 Business Days.
- We do not charge any service fees on layaway purchases. Cancellations will incur a 25% holding fee on balance returns.

- Your privacy is important to us! We will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any outside party.
- All online transactions at Soul2Shine.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, processed by our certified payment gateway, and once your information is verified we receive your order.
- We never store your credit card information on file.
- We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
- To view your order online, please sign into the "My Account" section of our site (upper right corner of every page under "My Settings"). You will be able to see all of your orders here in your Account Dashboard.
