Ravenia's Classic Carved Blue Sapphire Corundum Crystal Skull w/MICA

This listing consists of a beautiful and rare Blue Sapphire Skull with a patch of Mica on the upper left side of the cranium. It was carved in the year 2002, the year Raven and Ravenia were married. This powerful member of the Corundum family was mined in India, its formation was that of a large record keeper crystal.

This skull is very large for this variety of Sapphire crystal, it measures 1-3/4 inches in length, and weighs precisely .18 lb., equivalent to 405 Carats of natural Sapphire!

It has been VERY realistically hand-carved with detailed human features and a believable shape, including Raven's trademark hollowed-out cheekbones and jaws as well as hollowed/detailed underside. Even the nasal passages are hollowed out on this skull! Such exquisite detailing, coupled with the exotic beauty of the stone itself, combine to make a truly fine heirloom-quality skull!
