This material comes Russia and is 99% flawless with a veil. A very superior carving from very superior material. When Russia collapsed about 30 years ago they released their stockpile of strategic minerals including top quality quartz. I was lucky enough to be there at the right time and bought a ton of it. This piece was carved at that time.
